Current market pricing: Because we visit with buyers and sellers of ag stock on a daily basis and maintain lists of buyers and sellers, we are your one-stop source for accurate and reliable information on availability, demand, and current market prices.
Signed written contracts: Contracts signed by sellers and purchasers protect both parties by providing written commitments.
Escrowed funds: Funds are held in a trust department escrow account until each sale is approved by that company, thereby protecting both sellers and purchasers. By receiving an up-front monetary commitment, sellers can be confident of promptly receiving their net proceeds upon approval of the sale by the company, and purchasers are assured that in the event the sale is not approved, the full purchase price will be immediately refunded.
Assistance with transfer documents: Each company has unique procedures for the sale or transfer of its shares. Our familiarity with the different requirements enables us to provide valuable assistance in facilitating the transfer process and meeting deadlines. This results in timely share transfers for the purchasers and prompt payment of the proceeds to the sellers.
